Mercato Deluxe in Cologne

Very good Italian with delicious food. Especially the pastas are delicious !! The service is always friendly. However, there are only four stars because I think the prices are a bit too high.

As a lady eating alone, I only got the cat table at the service point, although other places were and remained free. Then I was never served. I got a snotty answer to my complaint ... not nice ...! The fish dish was excellent and the cook came twice to make sure. The ambience is very nice, well lit. Unfortunately there are only high chairs at high tables, uncomfortable. I will give the restaurant a second chance!

The ambience is really great. I'm also satisfied with the service. The food (we ate salad and lasagna) were delicious, even if the preparation was more special. The portion was okay, but for the price I would have liked a little more salad at home. In general, the prices here are rather high (lasagna and salad € 16.90 each). Price-performance ratio is ok here in my opinion.

It was very, very tasty! It is really dark inside, so it is particularly difficult when the sun goes down and you are additionally blinded from the outside. Otherwise very nicely decorated and done! It was also a shame that the open Riesling couldn't be bought as a bottle.

Certainly I will come here with my business partners and I can count on being served impeccably. The things I ordered on the menu were nicely prepared and served warm. The decorations on the tables and throughout the restaurant are decent and aesthetic. The toilet is constantly clean and all in all the restaurant gives a harmonious impression. I have not been so impressed by an inn for a long time.

A very cozy restaurant with Italian dishes but also classic meat dishes. The food was absolutely outstanding. However, you should reserve.

Super nice to sit, a good wine selection, the food is very, very good. The operation is really bad: Not enough cutlery was set, you should hurry up with the order, the kitchen would not be open long, but then no one will take the order anymore, as the main course comes the appetizer plates are still with us ... the whole thing not really friendly either ... very bad ... maybe you can touch up here :-)

Very nice, busy and above all delicious restaurant in the cathedral city Cologne. The restaurant is located directly on the Mediapark. The kitchen has its focus on South Tyrol. The map is just clear. The service is friendly and fast. Always seems to be right.

Based on the reputation of this place I was expecting much more. The staff is very professional and friendly. The food selection is wast but a bit pricy. And the tast was just "ok" from all the different dishes we had. The one thing that was totally unacceptable is that they let people with big dogs in and the dogs were farting the whole night. Horrible. Anyway probably worth giving a shot if you're in the area.

Great food and very nice atmosphere. This is one of my favorite places in Cologne as the menu is always exciting and the food of high quality. Also, the atmosphere is really nice. I have had many long evenings here with good friends, good food & wine. Thanks Mercato Team!

Cozy ambience, good food, large selection of wines and very friendly staff. Especially on the weekend you should make a reservation in advance.

Very yummy yummy! We were 5 and ordered a starter platter for 3. Tasty salami, vitello, vegetables, salad, seafood .. only to be recommended. Everyone had a different main course (from pasta, meat to fish) and everyone loved it. I did not have to spice anything up, because everything was perfectly coordinated. Dessert, (planned was Kaiserschmarren, but there was nothing more pure.Nxt Time ..) Hot chocolate tart, was also very delicious. Tiramisu too yammi, not too sweet. Staff was really nice. Wines great. Definitely book;) I'll be back!

Delicious. However, my girlfriend's meal came after I finished, she was not served the ordered dish yet. That can happen but we would like to have felt somehow interested somebody.

Fantastic food with a great choice of wine and a beautiful Ambiente.

We were here on a busy night with a group. The selection of dishes was very good, the starter plate and dessert plate tasted very good. I had the fish as the main course and was thrilled! Unfortunately we were sitting in a cold air train, right in front of the toilet door. The cellar really forgot a lot and it took a long time to knock over a full glass of wine on the table. I like to attribute half of this to stress, but overall the service was not 5 stars. The interior was very cozy and tasteful. Will come back anytime, the restaurant has 5 star potential. Maybe on a less crowded evening.

Amazing food, great atmosphere and delicious wine

Food was good, however I felt fooled around with when I ordered the Antipasti Misti and the waiter came back to tell us that one Antipasti Misti dish was too small for 5 people and that he would suggest to order two of these plates. We agreed but were surprised when we got the bill in the end. Instead of 2 Antipasti Misti, we got the Amici 2 plate twice which was double the price (24€ each instead of 12,50). After complaining, they said that they could not do anything, since we had already eaten the dish.

I didn't love this place like most reviews. The food could have been a lot better. Service and atmosphere are great!

Cozy and unique Italian Place at Media Park area. Wide range of Wine and refined Pasta, and not to forget great service as well - eventhough arrived there quite late ... Price? More than fair!
